These protectors from the spirit world often took the shape of
animals such as the Honu or sea turtle.
The honu

of their birth. They are the link between the old and the new
and help guide us through our voyage of life.
The stone for this piece is made from
Chinese Quartzite and the stone base can be detached from the
main carving. The base has thick pads to protect your
table from marring. This is real stone so the weight is
