"This painting was created using a glazing technique with acrylics on a gallery wrapped canvas.  The sides of the painting are painted and staple free.  This piece can be hung without framing.  

The Ulua or Hawaiian Travally is a local fish found throughout the Hawaiian Islands. It is part of the Jack or Trevally family and is an important game fish here in the Islands. The Ulua can grow up to 100 pounds and was an important part of the ancient Hawaiian diet.
